The POWER of THREE for HEALTHY LIFE

The Charmed sisters (Prue, Piper and Phoebe then became Piper, Phoebe and Page during the latest seasons) have actually shown us the power of three.

As the saying goes, "Three heads is better than one" may somehow sum up this wonderful experience of mine using the POWER of THREE for my HEALTH.

Last Friday was really a tiring day for me. I had my sweat dry on my back everytime. I was not cautious and definitely not careful about what toll it will take on my body. Last Friday, I had my brochial asthma attacks again. I got phlegm that I can't spit out as if stuck on my lungs, that made breathing so difficult for me. And because, breathing was difficult, I don't even want to get up on my bed. My coughing got so hard and dry. My head was like wacking along my coughing. My chest, back and head were all aching. This holds true in the saying that, "Three heads is better than one" for anyone can do it better and easier if we have shared opinions.

Same goes with health. Let me show you as I relate to you my story.

I am an ASTHMATIC. Mine is bronchial asthma. Pneumonia can be an off-shoot of this illness. This may stop but then, as years go buy, it still can re-occur in anyone who has asthma. That's what happend to me just last Friday, 24 February 2012. I was coughing so hard, breathing was hard, i couldn't even get up from bed, can't even walk properly or talk normally. I was sick. And dying was the only option one can ever want when these things happen to you. Good thing I had more time to rest since it was a weekend. But, not being able to do things normally makes me depressed and angry. All I wanted was to lie down in bed and sleep the whole day. I can't even eat a meal. I can only eat porridge.
