The POWER of THREE for HEALTHY LIFE

The Charmed sisters (Prue, Piper and Phoebe then became Piper, Phoebe and Page during the latest seasons) have actually shown us the power of three.

As the saying goes, "Three heads is better than one" may somehow sum up this wonderful experience of mine using the POWER of THREE for my HEALTH.

Last Friday was really a tiring day for me. I had my sweat dry on my back everytime. I was not cautious and definitely not careful about what toll it will take on my body.
